A person's outward appearance shapes that person's life in many ways. The first impression is often decisive. I had this experience at a young age and initially, through my hard work as a craftsman, I came to a steered and better formed physique. The reactions to it were always positive, so that I soon switched to more targeted and defined training with equipment and was able to achieve even better results. In this way, not only has my appearance changed for the better, but also I, as a person, have formed myself, have learned to resist temptations, to become more disciplined and to work consistently on my goals.

All of that made me who I am today and who I can be proud of.
